Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the novice is still one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning massive earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As both boxers engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is truly going ahead.
